Love love love me some Chrissie Hynde & the Pretenders!!!
ReplyDelete@Peggyatthemovies: A great debut album!
DeleteGood stuff, here. Don't think I have heard anything from that Robert Palmer album. Think I've only heard the stuff he did a few years later.
ReplyDelete@Wendell: Johnny and Mary is my favorite Palmer song. You’re right his biggest hits were in the mid to late 80s. "Addicted to Love", "I Didn't Mean to Turn You On", & "Simply Irresistible” may ring a bell.
DeleteYay! Heartattack and Vine is one of my favorite Tom Waits albums. Love the songs you mentioned, and I'm also a big fan of "'Til the Money Runs Out" and "Ruby's Arms".
ReplyDelete@Josh: A Tom Waits album I’ll be going back to for sure. Thanks for sharing you favorites!
