Anonymous (2011) 10 Reasons Why Shakespeare Is a Fraud trailer edit

The trailer is very interesting and contemplative, but doesn't fit the tone of the movie at all. Anonymous is historical fiction, a visual feast, a blend of dialogue and action scenes. The trailer surprised me in a good way, and made me wonder why Emmerich didn't direct a documentary instead?

Documentary review: Life in a Day (2011)

An assortment of screenshots from the 2011 documentary, funny, touching, thought-provoking, or just beautiful photography. You can watch the doc on youtube. The film was shot by amateur filmmakers all over the world that serves as a time capsule to show future generations what it was like to be alive on the 24th of July, 2010.

Reflects the diversity of people and cultures all around the world. The beauty of the doc is that each individual can take different things away from watching. So many moments crammed into 90 minutes, maybe too many? Have you seen it yet, what did you think?

(The funniest moment in my opinion, maybe its a guy thing)

(We've all been there, we smile when the cameras are off, and when we are supposed to be happy it feels so awkward)

(We all want to make a connection, to understand, and to be understood)

(Kid's are often unintentional comedians, and ask the weirdest questions!)

(From 2011 album Electronic Dream. My favourite by these guys, and that image is cooler than cool, way better for me than the album artwork. The uploader on youtube has an excellent understanding of visuals)

(Most people pretty much agree on that Moby's 2011 album was not his finest hour, in fact the only track I enjoyed was this instrumental tune not even on the actual cd)

Favourite trailers blogathon

Salmon Fishing in the Yemen (2011). Directed by Lasse Hallström who is known fo his warm-hearted films. One of my anticipated releases of spring 2012, out in March in US, April in UK cinemas. Looks strangely indie yet mainstream at the same time. I can't remember if Ewan McGregor has ever played a geek before? Cool to see him as a nerd for a change, I wonder if that will be believable? Readers, any thoughts on the trailer?

Favorite award show moments

Master of disguise Sacha Baron Cohen Wins Best Actor at Golden Globes 2007 for Borat. I love how he gets actors in the audience to genuinely break down with laughter ( : What did you think? Let me know in the coments!
